Shila serves on the executive leadership team at RE Tech Advisors, a former Blackstone-owned advisory firm focused on integrating sustainability strategy across institutional real estate. She oversees the development of RE Tech’s comprehensive service areas, including Data & Technology, Climate Risk Solutions, Compliance & Reporting, and Green Building Certifications.

She is also the founder of Radiant Global Advisory (RGA), an independent consultancy that supports companies worldwide in advancing their sustainability initiatives while scaling through commercial and operational discipline. Prior to RE Tech and RGA, Shila was part of the Executive & Leadership team at Sustainalytics–Morningstar, where she helped drive significant company growth leading up to acquisition and guided post-acquisition integration. She established a global partnership program that embedded sustainability metrics into investment workflows and supported the creation of funds, ETFs, and index benchmarks.

Beyond her corporate roles, Shila is an active LP in several venture-backed companies, a sustainability advisor to Overthrow Hospitality, and a venture partner at Tower Capital. She serves on the Fast Company Impact Council, sits on the board of Green Seal, and founded SustainableMe!, through which she authored Simply Sustainable, a week-by-week guide to integrating sustainability into daily life. Her overarching mission is to align key stakeholders—investors, companies, and consumers—to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable world.
